Food Vendors

All food vendors are solely responsible for obtaining and holding the appropriate

city and/or county health permits and licenses. You must keep a copy of your

permit on-site and visible at each market you attend.

All Vendors

Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax in accordance

with state and local regulations. The market does not collect, enforce, or police taxes or permits.

Market Expectations & Guidelines:

• Setup begins at 8:00 AM. All booths must be fully set up by 9:45 AM.

• Vendors must stay for the full duration of the market (10 AM–3 PM).

• No early takedowns unless prior approval is given for emergencies.

• Only pre-approved items may be sold at your booth.

• This is a makers-only market: You must make, grow, or craft what you sell.

No direct sales, MLM, or resale-based businesses allowed.

• Booth locations will be assigned. Preferences may be considered but not guaranteed.

• Market is rain or shine unless otherwise notified.

Vendor Fee Payment Options

Payment is due upon approval to reserve your space.

We will send a link to purchase your spot.

and understand that failure to follow these rules may result in removal from current or future markets.
